Signature Rum Fruit Cake (Not-aged) - Strong
The Signature Rum Fruit Cake is loaded with Rum paste specially imported from Europe and an additional alcohol, Angostura Bitters, that makes the taste of Rum more noticeable and the distinguished essence of Caribbean flavour. What's more, the cake is glazed with Rum paste to ensure that the cake stays moist without having to overly wet the cake under it.
Orders are collected before the baking. This is an option for those who would like to age their fruit cake on their own at a lower cost. We warn you, it may not last very long and it's best to order a few to be safe. Our record for aging Rum Fruit Cakes stands at 8 months before it is gobbled up. Just stick it in the freezer and try to forget about it.
