Our Rum Fruitcake is the result of many years of development and testings to bring you a fruit cake with just the right sweetness, the perfect moisture and finesse of a perfectly aged fruit cake. Like wine, with the carefully selected spices and the right quality rum and preserved fruit, it starts with fermentation, creating that wonderful taste, that improves with time.

Its signature is the addition of three types of alcohol at different stages of its soaking, baking and aging process.

THE BEGINNINGS
I hated fruit cakes! Until I had a good one. I didn't have to eat dry cake, then fruit, then cake in between. It was a blend of both worlds with spices. Then I wanted a great one. I became obsessed and tested one after another for many years till I got this perfect product!
Only the past year or so have I decided to give away as gifts and it was surprising that there have been requests for seconds or to buy them. And so, here it is.
We are still a home bake store set up and you can message us on Whatsapp to place your orders at the moment. We hope that it will evolve to a more sophisticated store in the near future.
